Who we are: a choir of 20-25 voices based in the cathedral city of Chester. We specialise in singing sacred music.

The photo shows our director discussing a critical point with our sopranos in preparation for Evensong at Blackburn Cathedral on 17th February 2019.20190217Blackburn

What we do: we sing choral music, especially the classic repertoire of great English cathedrals and parish churches. Our concerts include secular music of similar style to the sacred repertoire. 2019 is our 50th Anniversary, so we have a special concert at St Mary's Eccleston on 29th June. Former members will be especially welcome.

When you can hear us: see the “Future Events” list on this page

Where you can hear us: mainly in and around Cheshire unless we are visiting a UK cathedral or on tour further afield. In 2019 we go to  Bristol Cathedral in October.

If you enjoy singing this style of music, why not join us on 27th April at All Saints' church in Hoole for a "Come and Sing" Mozart Requiem? You can download our information leaflet by clicking here.
